Option to Serve locally

    it would be kinda awesome if there would be an option that the plugin instead of just serving from CDN, to download FA from CDN and then serving that locally.

    I’ve opened a GitHub issue to track this feature request.

    This idea is currently moving in quite a different direction from our intent for the plugin, so it currently doesn’t seem like a feature we’ll be adding.

    But I’ll leave that linked GitHub issue open to collect additional feedback that the community may have for us. Feel free to comment here or there if this one is important to you, to help us weight the feature request appropriately.

    Any update on this? I would like to host locally as well as the loading it currently is having a pretty large impact on my site load times.
