Cart / basket total not updating on certain pages when site is live

    Hello, I have recently put a basic website together using sunshine photo cart for selling photos.

    When I add something to the basket (I have renamed it from cart) within the wp admin interface all of the menus display the correct number of items in the basket for all of the pages.

    However when I go onto the live site and add 1 item into my basket, my home page menu where the basket is does not update and shows basket(0), the about page updates to show basket(1)and also my contact page shows basket (1). More strange, if I then add more than 1 item into the basket, my home page still shows basket(0), the about page shows basket (1) and the contact pager shows basket (1).

    Please can anyone suggest if there is a way for my live site to update the number of items in the basket correctly. I do not understand why on the wpadmin view it works and then as a live site it does not.

    I took the analytics off my site and readded it in.

    This seems to have worked.

    Exactly what did you do?

    A client of mine discovered the issue (the very first I sent a link to). I never encountered it but I’ve been using Firefox and no issue here. I tried with Chrome and it gets messy in there: fav and cart gets emptied. Fav list gets sent to me again and again without having clicked on that button.

    I tried removing GA and FB pixel code and also tried disabling the injection plugin. Nothing worked.
