I have 2 custom tabs for all my products, SPECIFICATIONS & TECHNOLOGY.

They all were imported from a CSV.

If I EDIT the content of the custom tabs and click “Save Tabs”, it breaks it.

The name of the custom tabs are still there but the linked description defaults back to “Short Description”.

    TL;DR:
Custom Tab description stops working/showing upon edits/”Save Tabs” button.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hey @garyoak,

Do you have a link to a product page that I could look at? Also, could you provide some details as to how your site is setup:

    – What theme are you using?
    – When you look at your tabs on the Product Edit screen is this showing the correct information? Or does that show the short description as well?

My best guess for now is that your theme is most likely getting confused over what to display because the actual display of tabs on the frontend of your site is done by your theme.

    Cheers,
    Freddie
