Are you sure it was a 502 error? These types of errors are not generally caused by anything installed on your website. It indicates a poor connection most often caused by your DNS servers or cache system like Cloudflare.

I run this plugin on a multi-site (individually activated) with no problem. I also tried Network Enabling the plugin but had no issue.

    Hello,
Thanks for your reply, and maybe your right, anyway, let me share the following information for further analysis:

    Yes, 502 error, Please check:https://prntscr.com/qlvv5q

it can be reproduced upon activation, or click the “Multiple package” tab: https://prntscr.com/qlw3x6

Almost everytime I can reproduce the error, and I enabled debug, and I found this:
    https://prntscr.com/qlvyrl

    Only these plugins are activated:
    https://prntscr.com/qlw58o

As to the reason, yeah, maybe DNS servers or cache system, so I tried to disable redis cache, still reproduced the error, and I am quite confused why only this plugin cause this issue.

Maybe it is caused by DNS setting, and here is a screenshot of NS setting:

It would great appreciated if you would like to share any experience setting on DNS setting, thanks in advance.

    Have a nice day.
