Conflict with shipping options

I have exactly the same issue!

Same problem here. When customers change shipping option, it removes the discount. It stays removed until the page is refreshed.
I had to remove alternative shipping methods and stay with only one option (not ideal, since we do have several shipping methods and want to continue with them).
