Can I use the $179 hack service with…

I believe for about 1.5 years now something has been preventing Wordfence from scanning. I got ill and was not able to look into this during the year and am getting back to it now. I suspect someone injected a script to bypass Wordfence.

I wanted to purchase the $179 plan to have someone look into it. That said we use WP Engine for hosting and it doesnt use cpanel. I can give admin access and SFTP access. Is that sufficient for the $179 package? Thanks!
