Custom Tags in Search Results?

Could someone please direct me to how I can have my search results return a series of custom tags that are in my posts? I’ve been searching Google for 2 days looking for an answer. I don’t want any of the body of the post in the results, just the title and 4 custom tags that I can then link to the full post. Thank you!
