RSS Feed URL with comma crashes Feed

Hey following problem,

i have issues to display feeds with “comma” in the URL like:

https://maps.adac.de/util/RSSFeed.aspx?type=VerkehrsInfo&param=27utrOteFnNP9zJeDxuC20qdatzV1BE,2tpeFfTL9Cij8Wij8Wij8T__

The Plugin cuts the request in:

https://maps.adac.de/util/RSSFeed.aspx?type=VerkehrsInfo&param=27utrOteFnNP9zJeDxuC20qdatzV1BE

and

https://2tpeFfTL9Cij8Wij8Wij8T__

Until version .13 no feed is shown

if i update to .14 .15 or .16 the whole wordpress site crashes

Do you have any solution for this?
