Options to display posts on homepage AND a separate posts page

Rather then using another Plugin it would be interesting to have “straightforward” options for such a feature.
I found some hints that a Child Theme Custom Page Template (PHP) could solve this and also Custom Builder Blocks should be able to create a posts list.
@nikeo 11 months ago mentioned a simple post-list (or grid) module for the Nimble Builder is in the works.
May I ask if installing the current Nimble Builder would allow to use this post-list feature?
