Fatal error after rollback of plugin Final Tiles Gallery 3.3.57
-
Hello @greentreelabs, I had had troubles with my galleries after updating to newest version today, hence I went for a rollback. With a bad luck, I randomly chose 3.3.57 and got a fatal error message (see below). Then I found in support forums that there was a bug for this version causing same issues to users (I’m not sure why it is still available at wordpress to be able to choose it).
I was able to get a support enable my webpage again. However my webhosting support agent needed to disable/deactivate plugin in order to make a webpage working again.
I’m wondering how can I now update plugin to a newer version, I have there only options to Activate (I assume I would active faulty version again which is not what I want) and Delete (I assume I would lose all of my galleries), also there is an option to Edit, but I cannot code, hence I’m unable to work with that. Can you please advise how can I get a correct version of plugin without losing my galleries? Many thanks, AnnaError message I got after rollback:
