How to show user phone number in User page

  • Hi there!

    I inserted the phone number field and other predefined fields into profile form, but the phone number never shows up on the user page. These fields are filled. I saw many people here with the same issue, but no answer.
    Could you help me?

  • I have the same issue.

    User registers and fills in a phone number. In the profile page there is a phone number field, but nothing is displayed.

    What version of the Ultimate member you have installed on your website?
    Are you sure that you are adding the same phone number field that you have on your registration form?
    Do you see this field on the “edit profile” dialog?

    I have v 2.1.2.
    The fields are the same.
    No, it’s not displayed on the edit profile dialog.

    Actually, why does Ultimare Member have separate Account and Profile pages?
    I think one page with all that info would be easier to understand for the users.

    Hi @ivarj,

    Are you trying to add a phone number field to the account or profile page?
    Please attach the screenshots of your profile page and profile form settings in Ultimate member -> Forms -> your profile form.
