Cannot log in to my account

  • Hi,

    Cannot log in to my account on www.ads-software.com (saying that it doesn’t exist?!), so had to create new one to write this.

    Was using your platform with Semplice system for three years now on 1&1 hosting (https://alexandrakoptelova.com). Last log in was in September. But after that I was travelling for several months and couldn’t pay hosting in time, so my account on 1&1 was canceled. Now transferred to Bluehost, but still cannot log in to my WordPress account, it writes that it’s just not there (my Admin login was AlexandraKop and it was attached to [redacted]).
    I’m not very good at all this IT web stuff, but still don’t understand how delayed payment or transferring the hosting made my account on www.ads-software.com disappear.

    As you do not have any support phone number the only way to ask for help was logging in to this Forum, and since I cannot log in to my main account, I had to create this new one. And now instead of just 404 on my site, there’s a basic WordPress placeholder attached to this new account and placed above all the data and info that was on my site.
    So, please, can anyone tell me how to get my site back and my old www.ads-software.com account with Semplice attached to it and with all the data that was there?
    It is impossible to do that all over again as it’s a three years work of research and text.

    Really need it back.

    Your login on your own websites has nothing to do with your login here. Similarly, no one at www.ads-software.com has anything to do with your website(s). Please contact your host(s) for help locating your website(s), though if you failed to pay for hosting, it’s likely that it was deleted. (Again, we have nothing to do with the hosting of your website.)

    Maybe 1and1 has a backup? I’d ask them, and also check the wayback machine at https://web.archive.org/web/2019*/https://alexandrakoptelova.com/. They’ve archived your site a few times and you may be able to find and copy/paste the old content into a new site.

    Thank you very much and thank you for quick response!! Will try to get backup from 1&1.
    But can you also tell me if it would be possible after getting all the backup from them to log in into my previously installed WordPress with all my previous Semplice settings?

    If you get the database then you can restore the site.
