• Hi
I have encountered some problems at my website.
I was suspecting it could be because of some theme updates.
But when I am trying to login some strange error appears.

    [ redundant link removed ]

I already have cleaned up cookies and cache, but it seems not to be the reason of the error.

Would very much appreciate your help

    Hi there!

Just taking a quick look it appears the plugin responsive background image might be causing this. At least that is the firs message displayed on the screen.

If you temporarily deactivate that does it go away?

    Hi Jose,
thank you for this quick response!

I am completely lost, so I need to ask you how can I deactivate that image?

Its like I dont have any control without loging in?

No, it’s not an image but a background image plugin.

It is a plugin that the site is using. You can deactivate it by renaming the plugin’s folder, if you are comfortable connecting to the database and changing out the value for active_plugins, or even if your hosting has the ability, WP CLI to remotely deactivate that plugin if you do not have access to the admin area.
