Event/Show results

Hello, I was wondering the best way to go about this, as I’m sure others have events which have “results” like a show. Is this a feature I’m missing somehow ? What I’d like to accomplish, is after one of our events, for the show manager to be able to upload the results of the show. We have winners in various classes and those winners receive points. We’d love to be able to click on a past event and be able to view all of the winners and possibly photos of she winners as well. Idea on how to accomplish this as seamlessly and easy as possible for the end users who will be providing the results ?
