Thank you for reaching out, issues like this are generally related to the theme of the page you have selected. If you want to test with a different theme, it should resolve the issue. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee this plugin to work in all themes, and do not currently have a list of working vs non-working themes as those are ever evolving.
