• I bought a website from someone and transferred it to a new host. I installed a different theme and deleted all the related THRIVE plugins.

When I go to edit a post, there are still a bunch of THRIVE theme Custom Fields showing.

When adding a new post, there are still many options for THRIVE in the “Add New Custom Field” menu.

How can I completely remove all of this from the old THRIVE theme?

You’re using a commercial theme. For commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. We feel they are best equipped to support their products.

Ok, was asking here as I am not the original buyer of the the theme, so I don’t have access to THRIVE support on there

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly.

The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.
