Not going to the next step

  • So i tried this plugin and followed the guide:
    1. on the first form i added the tag – i tried both Full url and just the name, non works:
    [multistep multistep-655 first_step "test-2"]
    2. on the second step i added this line:
    [multistep multistep-655 "test-3"]
    3. and on the final step i added this:
    [multistep multistep-655 last_step]

    the issue – nothing changes, when im pressing on the submit button on the first step it sends the form and thats it, no second stage.
    i tired using full link to pass between the stages, and i tried using different names for the multistep tags but non works.

    any idea why im never being passed to the second stage? am i doing something wrong?

    Hi,

    Without seeing your form my best guess would be a javascript error from another theme or plugin or a conflict with another plugin.

    To see if you have javascript errors on your page you can use the browser’s dev tools to investigate. See here for more information.

    If you can provide a url to your form I can take a quick look and maybe provide better help.

    I have the same problem and there seems to be no issue with java script. How do I solve this?
