• Hello,

    As I rad in another thread, I can see Sela will retire (at least om the wordpress.com website).

    Can anyone tell me when when exactly Sela theme will be discontinued? Hoping on good news (that it won’t). Because I like it a lot and I just recently mad my whole website on it.

    What is the end date for support, and until when can I safely use the theme?

    Another question, after chamging the menu bar colour, when using it, the menu bar sometimes turns to pink. Like your are scrolling over it, bus you aren’t. How can I fix this?

    If Sela is discontinued, for how long will Stow be availabe? What is the life expectancy of this theme? I’m not sure how that works and if you can answer this question right now.

    Thanks!

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    We don’t have a date on when Sela will be retired, but that won’t affect your site. When a theme is retired it isn’t disabled on all the sites it is installed. The only thing that will change is that we’ll stop providing support for it.

    I’ll need to have a look at this. Can you please let me know your site’s address?

    That’s not something we can answer. As WordPress is evolving and introduces new features, so are themes and plugins do. In general though, when we release a theme we support it for several years.

    Hello @fstat the sitename is https://www.eefkescheepers.nl

    Thanks for your responses. Hope you can help me out with the pink home hutton when scrolling.

    Thanks!

    Do you mean the font color when you hover over a submenu-item? You can change the color of those with this CSS:

    .main-navigation ul ul a:hover, .main-navigation ul ul > li.focus > a {
      color: black;
    }

    Hello @kokkieh ,

    I tried this, but when you enter the page you still get a pink menu button. Can you check on the website maybe? You will see for yourself.

    Thanks for your help!

    Are you speaking of the collapsed menu that’s hidden behind a button on tablet and mobile phone screens?

    For that you can use this:

    button.menu-toggle {
      background-color: black;
    }

    Substitute the color with whatever you prefer.
