Footer Menu “Hover and Active Font Color”

Greetings, Ascend Support,

I have searched but cannot find a means to edit the “Hover and Active Font Color” of the footer menu.

[At–WP > Appearance > Menus–I tried to set the Secondary Menu location to the footer, but that location is not accepted.]

The CSS code to adjust the “Hover and Active Font Color” of the footer menu would be much appreciated.
