Whitelisted users

    The field ‘whitelisted users’ doesn’t seem to work. The user names enter in the field can access the Under Construction page, but are not taken through to the site when logging in.
    The ‘whitelisted user roles’ checkboxes work fine though.

    Also, another issue: After logging in from the Under Construction Page, there’s a notice displayed that you are whitelisted and therefore are seeing the normal site and not the Under Construction page. That notice can’t be dismissed. Pressing the x in the corner does nothing.

    Hi,

    I have checked both functions and everything seems to be working OK. So 99% it’s a caching issue. Can you try clearing your server’s cache after you make changes to the Access options? Then clear your browser’s cache.

    I have the same Problem
    I have White Listed Users but none of them are able to login or view the website.
    I have cleared the cache of my Website and Browser to no avail.
    In the end I delete the plugin to be able to let the people I need to be able to log in.
    Very frustrating not being able to let another login when they are whitelisted.
