    Thanks for reaching out.

    Have you isolated Page Builder as the cause? If not, temporarily deactivate all plugins except for Page Builder by SiteOrigin and YASR. At the same time, activate a default theme like Twenty Nineteen. In this configuration, I don’t seem to have any issue locally loading the Block Editor.
