    Looks like Ninja GDPR messes with the timezones when you try and schedule a post.

    I have Los Angeles (UTC -8) set in WP Settings, and when I set a future date and time for a post (e.g. Feb 10 @ 11am), it saves it as Feb 10 @ 2am.

    Disabling Ninja GDPR plugin make the issue go away.

    Reading it has to do with “date_default_timezone_set” function. The plugin uses that in the “IP_Country_Fast.php” file, line 5:

    The fix is, REPLACE:
    date_default_timezone_set('Asia/Tokyo');

    with
    date_default_timezone_set('UTC');
