Abandoned Cart Reports does not save statistics?!

Hello,

the plugin detects when a user put a product into the card but in the statistics i get no history? It saves nothing. I can only view if im online at the same time!
Any Solution ?

i use the free plugin under wordpress 5.3.2 with php 7.3
