Custom Form on Product Page

Hello,

I am creating my own website on Woocommerce and want to have custom form on product page as my inventory contains traditional dresses which requires custom size of female which should added by customer. Something like this: https://buyindianwear.com/Lavish-Designer-Salwar-Suit-06 where customer can fill size when stitching is required.

Is this possible in wordpress?
