    Hi,

    I can’t login only after deactivating jetpack via ftp
    Even if using wordfence with 2FA i’m redirected to login page

    If i deactivate jetpack, i can login again.

    I read you other post and I cleaned the cookie but I still have the same problem.

    I really need Jatpack for work specially with the WooCommerce app.

    SO PLEASE LET ME KNOW HOW CAN FIX THHIS PROBLEM!

    Could you let me know the following:

    1. What browser is this happening in?
    2. Is your browser up to date?
    3. What happens if you try in an incognito window?
    4. What happens if you try in a different browser?
    5. What version of WordPress do you use on your site?
    6. Is your site set to use HTTP or HTTPS?
    7. Could you try clearing your site’s cookies by following those exact steps, and let me know if it helps?

    This information will be really important to help us understand what is happening on your site.

    hello!

    1- every browser (SAFARI/CHROME/EXPLORER…)
    2- no is not
    3- doesn’t work. I can’t log in
    4- doesn’t work. I can’t log in
    5- Last One WP Version: 5.3.2
    6- https
    7- I did, but doesn’t work.

    I can’t log in.
    User correct
    Password Correct
    But refresh the page without let me in.

    Without the plugin all is work perfectly!

    Hi,
    we have the same problem as explained here. For several days now, this is a recurrent issue that is happenning in different WP powered websites we have. (at least with 5 different clients). We only we login if we deactivate jetpack plugin, so we have to do it throught ftp…
    Same conditions here:

    1- it happens in every browser (SAFARI/CHROME/EXPLORER…)
    2- incognito window same problem
    3- incognito different browsers same problem
    4- doesn’t work. I can’t log in
    5- WP Current Version: 5.3.2
    6- All Our Websites are OVER HTTPS
    7- We tried to clear all cookies but same problem happens

    Do you know waht can we do with that?

    Same problem here, can you PLEASE also help me out? all my clients have this issue now for over a week and the only solution is deactivating jetpack. This way they can’t send the blogs to their users anymore and aren’t able to collect new users……

    PS: I did all steps you mentioned and it had nothing to do with the other plugins. I already tried that as well.
