Lightbox (various) won’t work after theme change

I created a custom theme. Before I had a slightly modified default theme, now I have a totally new theme. After switching from modified default to custom, no lightbox plugins seem to work. Ideas?

If it helps at all, these are the lightboxes I’ve tried: jQuery Lightbox by Balupton, Lightbox 2 by Rupert Morris, and Lightbox 2 by Giuseppe Argento. I was originally using the Lightbox 2 by Giuseppe Argento.
