Howto add a new post outside Administration Panel

  • Hello there,

    first please excuse me if my question is trivial, but I’m quite new to WordPress and I still have some doubts on it.

    I would like to setup a blog site with custom theme, but testing some available ones I noticed that all of them do not apply to Administration Panel (Dashboard), then my first question, why? I read that usually themes behave in this way, but suppose I want a multi-authors site, why when a user want to post something new has to experience a different look&feel?

    Anyway, is there a chance to submit a new post from outside the Administration Panel, from the homepage as an example?
