    Hi: I am working with shipping classes. If I set “Shipping Class 1” to “Product 1” but on the zone country I had created Shipping Class 2 and 3, then on checkout it shows 2 and 3 too, even if the product has only Shipping Class 1, how to fix it?
    Thks…

  • Hi @dglite! I’m not sure I completely follow. Shipping classes can be assigned to a product, but it shouldn’t show multiple shipping classes on checkout. It actually shouldn’t show any shipping classes on the front end at all, as these are internal assignments that only show on the back end. It should only show shipping methods on the front end.

    For more information, see our documentation on shipping classes and shipping zones

    if you’re still having trouble, can you please post screenshots of:

    1. Your shipping zones (WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping in your dashboard)
    2. Your shipping methods within your main shipping zone (so, after step one, click on one of the shipping zones to show the shipping methods for it)
    3. Your shipping classes (WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping Classes)
    4. The shipping settings for the product you were testing with (Products > click on product > go to the shipping tab in the product data)
    5. What you see when you try to check out where it shows multiple shipping classes

    If you don’t already have a screenshot service installed, here are a few options:

    * https://getcloudapp.com/
    * https://awesomescreenshot.com/
    There is also a walkthrough guide here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/make-a-screenshot/

    We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved. Feel free to start a new thread if you have any further questions!
