How to prevent that menu moves when scroll down?

    Sorry that i ask but i cant find the correct answer. probably its very simple but for me is complex. Im not a developer, so sorry for ask.

    the problem is that the menu move down a couple of lines when you scroll down, and it overlap another text, so the solution will be disable that option.

    i found this answers but doesnt works (https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/move-the-menu-lower/).
