Any plugin to generate a certificate for a person?

Hi,
I was wondering if there is any free or paid plugin to generate certificate for a person, based on the data he inputs in a form or any other medium?
I have a competition website where people click photos and the winner is given a certificate. I just want to manually input the winner’s name and the plugin will generate a certificate based on my layout.
