error on site

    I have error when I want to update/access dashboard: Empty response from remote site

    Tried other connection methods, all failed. No special settings on this site, no security plugin.

    Any advice?

    Hi,

    Can you please make sure that there is no firewall blocking the connection?

    Also, try using a different browser and see if it helps.
