    Hello
When I add pins from the pages of the site to my board on Pinterest, I see broken pictures on my board.

If I disable webp format in the plugin settings, then everything works correctly. I checked on other sites where there are images in webp format and there the pins are saved correctly. So this is not a problem of Perestrest and webp format.

  • I am having the same problem. Maybe my comment will help get this question noticed.

Hi all, may I know the steps of reproducing the issue? Are you creating a pin on pinterest.com or by plugin?

Hi stanleylitespeed, thank you for your reply!

I use the button that the browser adds (see screenshot). There are no special extensions for Pinterest in my browser

I’ve checked on a new site with LiteSpeed optimized WEBP image and it’s working on Pinterest. I found you site’s image has more than one image src attribute: data-srcset and data-src, may I know where are they come from? Can you try to disable the plugin which generated this attribute and try again?

I excluded the image from lazy loading in the LiteSpeed settings and both of these attributes disappeared. But this did not affect the pin saving. So I put the settings back
Can I send you my LiteSpeed plugin settings so that you import them to your new site and check that the pins are saved correctly after that? I want to make sure that the problem is not in my plugin settings.

Sure, please export on LiteSpeed Cache > Import / Export page and you can send the file to [email protected]

    Hi
    Did you get my email?

Yes we got it, the issue seems not related to the setting. But we can reproduce it by copying your site’s HTML script. Will let you know when you find out the solution.

Hi all, after checking, this issue may be related to your theme or other plugins. You can try to put a simple WEBP image block on the page, for example:

    <img src="https://ls.rcvc.io/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/Vestuviu-fotografas-Vilniuje-Olandu-kepure-fotosesija-1024x631.jpg.webp"></img>

and it’s still not able to load on Pinterest. Please try to disable other plugins to see is it related or contact your theme author for more details.
