Use contribution pictures for the different blocks

Hi there,
I hope that I can better represent my concerns.
Is there a way to always use the first post picture in a post “No.2 on the screenshot” instead of “No.1 on the screenshot” to fill your blocks? I couldn’t find a way to change the source of the images.
