    I’ve had a couple customers in the past few weeks email me about an error with checkout. When they click the link to purchase it shows the session has timed out.

    There shouldn’t be any sort of time limit on the page.

    The issue resolves when I clear the cache. But the odd thing is my checkout pages are excluded from caching. I even add the full URL for this particular checkout page.

    Is there something I’m missing or a setting that needs to be changed?

    It’s frustrating as I’m sure I’m losing sales and I can’t always replicate the problem myself.

    I am sorry about the issue you are experiencing and I am happy to help. I’ve inspected the provided page and as W3 Total Cache snippet is showing Page Caching using disk: enhanced (Requested URI is rejected)
    This means that the page is not cached and the issue is not there so potentially you have set something up in WC settings and the session actually has expired.
    I believe that your problem can be resolved in Woocommerce settings so, please reach out to Woocommerce support for further assistance.
