Is it necessary to migrate from WP Support Plus

  • I’ve left support tickets for WP Support Plus, I’ve left comments on the plugin support page but I am STILL waiting for a reply.

    Is WP Support Plus still being supported for existing users of THAT plugin or is it now MANDATORY to migrate to SupportCandy?

    Please advise. I need some “support”!

    We will be stopping development and support for WP Support Plus soon. We highly recommend you to migrate to SupportCandy for regular updates and support.

    Can you please let us know your ticket id so that we can check that for you.

    Please follow (https://supportcandy.net/knowledgebase/wp-support-plus-import/) link to import tickets from Support Plus to SupportCandy.

    We recommend you to try importing on staging or local server first. If you face any issue while importing tickets please create a ticket on our support portal.
