• I have used this great plugin many times, but now I can’t create new sliders because when I try to save a slide it says “Something went wrong”, and there’s no way to understand why.
Making some tests on other wordpress sites I made -and where it worked fine- I discovered the same message when I try to export an existing slider.
    Any suggestions?
    Thanks

Hi, can you try opening the Javascript console (right click everywhere on the screen -> Inspect element -> Console) and check if it displays any error after saving?

Hi Fabio, thanks for the quick response.
It was displaying an error about jquery link (it was a http link while the site is https), but after correcting it the plugin still doesn’t work.
While I can create and save the slider, I’m still unable to save the single slides.
    It’s so weird!

Are you able to check your website’s PHP logs? They might contain some information about the problem.

Remote debugging is quite hard as I can’t access your WordPress backend page. I’d be happy to debug it for you if you trust me to login on your website. In that case, send me an email at [email protected] with username and password I can use.

If that’s not possible I can try to give you a couple of other hints for debugging, such as trying to understand what exactly in the plugin source code is triggering the error.
