CM-NotificationBar – huge problem

Hi all

this suddenly started happening yesterday and I can’t log into WP to fix it. When I try to log in, all I get is this message:

If you look at the URL, you’ll see the message at the top of the page. I’ve exhausted my searching capabilities trying to find an answer. I can only find one other website on the entire internet that seems to have the same issue at the moment.

My instinct just tells me to delte the entire cm-notification-bar folder but I don’t want to cause bigger problems than I already have.

I desperately need ideas and would greatly appreciate any answers and assistance!
