HTTP Error on image upload

I have a strange problem and would appreciate if somebody could share some ideas.

I am getting the HTTP Error on the image upload but the image is getting uploaded in the gallery section fro where I can pull that into the post but is not appearing directly after uploaded either from thr Flash/Browser uploader…

I did tries out the .htaccess resolution but that didnt work. ??

Would really appreciate any thoughts
