    Hi.

    Kindly be informed that when we fill form and click on submit bottom we get the following error.
    “404 not fond”

    Here is the details:
    WordPress 5.3.2
    Form Maker 2.13.27
    Nginx web server

    Would you please suggest to us about this issue.
