    emailed braintree and they notice this in the logs

    Hi @cookney,

    Thank you for reaching out. To start, can you confirm what your shop’s address is configured to be? The following article might be helpful:

    Configure Store Address

    If it’s not related to your store address we can take a look at the other plugin options.

    Kind regards,

    @cookney,

    Thanks for confirming. I checked what I think is your website (don’t want to post it if you meant to keep it private) and it looks like you don’t have Apple Pay enabled.

    Can you enable it on your site so I can take a look? You can always share your website url by using the plugin’s contact us form located on any page of the plugin. I would like to test using my own device and a UK address that I have tested with many times before.

    Can you also confirm that the shipping address you’re using in your Apple Wallet is filled out properly?

    Kind Regards,

    @cookney,

    I just tested your site’s checkout page using Apple Pay and I didn’t receive any errors in the Apple Wallet regarding shipping.

    Can you confirm where and at what stage in the checkout process you are seeing this error?

    Also what address in your Apple Pay wallet are you using? I am wondering if your address in the Apple Wallet is using the 2 character country code or something else like “United Kingdom” for example.

    Kind Regards,

    Hi @cookney,

    Thanks for the screenshots. For your reference I am using the following address successfully.

    66 Manor Way London Surrey SW19 5AE United Kingdom

    I have seen where merchants will test with an address that is not included in their range of accepted shipping zones and/or postal codes. Check out your shipping zone configurations to see if the address you’re testing with is valid.

    Kind Regards,

    Update: merchant confirmed that Apple Pay is now working. Issue was linked to their specific Apple Pay wallet.
