  • Hi there,

Sorry to hear about the inconvenience. I have tested on our local test platform but couldn’t reproduce the issue.

Could you please, do a plugin conflict test. You can check for Plugin conflicts by deactivating all the third-party plugins one by one except for NotificationX & NotificationX Pro. Simply go to your WordPress Dashboard and navigate to wp-admin -> Plugins and then, deactivate other Plugins.

Let me know how it goes. Thanks.

I have deactivated all non-essential plugins but the problem remains. Please advise.

I have successfully activated the Notification Bar. So this appears to only be affecting the Sales Notification feature.

I have managed a workaround. The Sales Notification did create but wouldn’t activate from within the Quick Builder. When I viewed the Sales Notification from the NotificationX primary page, I could use the toggle switch to activate it successfully.

    Hi @wrconsultancy

Yes, we are already aware of this thing. In the next update, we will make the notifications ENABLED/ACTIVATED initially right after publishing the notification.

    Thank you.
