I updated the plugin and also clicked on the “update plugin settings” button to update the galleries. It works for some, but many – and of course, the most important galleries – completely lose their photos when I check in the editing area.

However, once I replace that new plugin (v. 1.1.3) with the older version (1.0.7) then the galleries are back to normal. So I am currently running this old version of the plugin.

So again, the “update plugin settings” does not work on all the galleries, only some of them.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @gjefle,

    Thanks for contacting us.

I have checked the plugin With 6 galleries and its working perfectly.

I have installed version 1.0.7 and made 6 galleries then updated it on the latest version, after updated I have used that gallery settings button and now my all galleries are working perfectly.

If you still have any issue then please contact on our official site – A WP Life

    Thanks

Unfortunately, my problems still persists. I lose 5 out of 15 galleries after the update. As soon as I make the old version of the plugin active they reappear. This is after I updated the plugin settings. Is there a cap on the number of galleries now allowed with the free version of this plugin?

I bit the bullet and recreated these galleries. Not what I wanted to do, but there it is.
