    Raul,

Hi. I’ve been using Fast Velocity for quite some time. But just recently, and I’m thinking it has to do with a change in a recent update (since I didn’t see this before). When I open my website in a browser, it’s fine. But when I open it using Safari, Chrome or Firefox on my iPhone X, the website goes kaplooey. (LOL) The navigation stops working, I can’t click on the hamburger menu, various other sections of the site stop appearing, etc. When I look at the site (in WordPress from the Customize area (in mobile sizing) it displays fine. The issue only shows up when I’m on the iPhone X (whether I’m using Safari, Chrome or Firefox). The only thing that resolves the issue is when I deactivate the Fast Velocity (FV) plugin. I tried changing many of the settings in FV, but no matter what I change, if the plugin is active, the issues show up on the mobile phone. If I change the theme to a standard WordPress 2020 theme, then the site works on mobile. But when I use the Divi theme, there’s something happening that’s causing the issue. I’m hoping this information will be helpful to you, so the problem can be resolved. (Note: At this time, the FV plugin is deactivated so the site will function.)

Please let me know if you think this is something you can help to resolve. If you need any further information or would like to make any suggestions for changes to the FV settings, I’ll be happy to test whatever you recommend.

    Thanks,
    Gary

I happened to test the plugin with the divi theme before pushing the update, and it had no issues.

The situation you are describing is weird, but it shows there is something wrong with your theme.

Looking at your site, there is a javascript error that you should fix.

Do you get any console log errors on google chrome, when you enable the plugin?
How about when you resize the window? Does it work?

What’s your useragent, when you use your iphone?

Does it happen if you disable js processing or css processing on the plugin settings?

    Bonjour
