Consultation Days

I’m looking to create a day where just consultations can be schedule and no other service.

I know I can go into each service and create special availability days but with as many services as I have, that would be more of a pain than it’s worth.

I currently have Mondays scheduled off, so I’d like to make that day a consultation day, but I can’t find a way to allow it to override the ‘General Timetable’ and I don’t want to make that day available as it’ll allow people to schedule services.

Is there any way I can make this happen?
