  • Hello.

Have you selected an account in the widget settings?

Yes, it is set up as account, and I have selected the appropriate account from the dropdown.

    Thanks

    Try reconnecting your account.

same issue, and many times, I installed this plugin 2 days ago… May be it helps to debug: I noticed that widget settings changes simultaneously. I use a custom ‘link to’, if I work with any widget on wp-admin/widgets.php social slider widget ‘link to’ dropdown changes to ‘instagram image’ as well.
Not sure what happens. I use free version on 2 wp sites – one with a WP Rocket and another with WP Fastest Cache, same issue on both sites.

    Hello.

Thanks for the message. We fixed a bug in the widget settings. Now Link To doesn’t switch by itself. This will be included in the next update.

Logging back in restored the feed. Hopefully it’s stable from here, as getting client Instagram login info isn’t always an easy request.

Artem, I have to re-connect everyday so. It helped, then stopped again
    Also in console I see
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 () …. and url of the broken js is /wp-content/plugins/instagram-slider-widget/assets/js/jr-insta.js?ver=1.6.5

Very annoying. Good plugin, but now I have to fins an alternative

    Error 404 doesn’t affect anything.
Instagram is soon closing the old API, which is probably why there are problems. We will release an update soon with the new Instagram API

Thanks Artem. I so love your plugin but this ‘no image found’ error is very annoying. When do you think plugin will be updated? If pro will be updated sooner, let me know.
