Save settings not working

If I change anything in the settings and then hit the save button my changes are not shown (resets to previous settings).

I think it could be something to do with the save settings on uninstall as previously had the plugin running. When I delete and then add it again (to troubleshoot) the same settings show.

EDIT:
I was able to select “Remove settings at uninstall?” and change nothing else in the settings page and the save worked. I unistalled and re-added and now everything is working fine.

Might want to try and reproduce this.
