• Hi,
    I am having an issue with my website, my footer is not showing when I view my site on google chrome, it seems fine with safari, this is the first website I have built so I’m not too sure how to go about fixing this.

    you might have an issue with theme and/or elementor setting(s) or customizations which is “pushing” your footer content out of viewable area on some browsers-device sizes.
    suggestion: contact Elementor plugin support and Astra theme support for guidance.

    Hi Lisa, thanks for your help. I am trying to update the Elementor theme and the site keeps going down for maintenance and not updating do you think this might have something to do with it>

    if you are having difficultly updating a theme or plugin, I would recommend contacting the specific support teams directly for guidance.

    Astra = theme
    Elementor = plugin
    (you may have other plugins that are also impacting the display of your footer area)

    Try this:
    install health check plugin which can be used in troubleshooting mode to deactivate all plugins and theme
    might help narrow down the source of the issue

    Hello,

    => You can try this CSS code into your footer, footer#colophon{display: inline-block; width: 100%;}
    => It works, shown into the Screenshot, [https://prnt.sc/qzcjua]

    Thanks!
