• Hello. As you’re likely aware, WordPress has committed to making its core conformant at the AA level to the WCAG 2.x accessibility guidelines, set forth by the Worldwide Web Consortium. They are encouraging all 3rd-party developers to do likewise.

As of this juncture, Ultimate Member does not produce accessible forms for those using screen readers, thus denying severely sight impaired/blind individuals the ability to become members on sites who use customized Ultimate Member registration forms. The reason is that in certain multioption fields, ie, dropdowns, checkboxes, multi-selects, etc, the choices are not accompanied by a label. A couple lines of code incorporating a label into the form would be all that’s required to fix this problem. I sincerely hope you’ll give this request serious consideration. I was forced to abandon your plugin because of this problem while designing a site for a nonprofit catering to blind individuals. It would’ve met their needs to a tee except for this. Please consider making your plugin accessible to those using screen readers. Thanks.
