UM Profile control panel or widget

    Is there a separate addon that cooperates with UM that allows me to place a small profile widget on every page in the header?
    Like a small box with the user’s profile picture that reveals the following options: Account settings, Profile, Logout, like you might have on a discussion board.
    And if the user is not logged in:
    Login / Register
