Login doesn’t work (keeps redirecting to login page)

  • I can’t login if i have enabled Uncanny learn dash toolkit plugin. If the plugin is enabled and i try to login, page just redirects me to the same login page without letting me in.

    Login works if i disable the plugin. What can cause this problem?

    I have Uncanny Learndash Toolkit version 3.2, LearnDash LMS version 3.1.3 , php-version 7.2

    Sorry to hear about the issue. Does the page after the redirection consider you logged in or out? Definitely make sure the page is excluded from any type of caching, then you should set up a login redirect (either with the module in our plugin or with a plugin like Peter’s Login Redirect). If the user is not getting logged in, I would start by making sure that there’s no http vs. https loop (like maybe on the front end you have https:// for the URLs, but under WordPress Settings > General you’re using https:// URLs). Hopefully one of those fixes the issue for you.
